Model years: 2004 - 2009
Brake light is a beam of light at the rear-end of the vehicle, that produces red light each time driver steps on the brake pedal. Express differently, is it alert, that the driver is intended to reduce the speed or come to a standstill. Ensuring that both brake lights are working is a crucial matter , otherwise vehicle speed reductions might by difficult to notice. If the brake lights of the vehicle are not working, other drivers might not detect quick speed reductions in time , consequently road accident or even multiple crash can occur. If you have spotted, that non of the two brake lights emit light, the bulb should be replaced straightway. When preparing to repair failed brake light, make sure you purchase a suitable bulb.

The life-time of a bulb is limited. Sooner or later, it will burn out and will have to be replaced. Bulbs, made of high quality materials, tend to last longer. It's recommended to use well known brand replacement bulbs.

If bulb burns out right after installation, your vehicle might have a problem inside electrical system - have it checked by auto electrician.
