How to replace brake light bulb for Audi A5 (8T)

Model years: 2007 - present
Brake light is a beam of light at the rear-end of the vehicle, emitting red light every time driver applies brakes. Generally, it is an indication, that the driver is about to slow down the vehicle or will terminate moving at all. Appropriate condition of brake lights is significant to assure safety of you and the other drivers. Supposing brake lights are not working, the driver at the back is less acute to speed changes of the car in front , consequently road accident or even multiple crash can occur. If you noticed, that no red beam comes from any of brake lights, do not postpone and replace the bulb in the short run. Prior to repairing broken brake light, assure you have an adequate bulb.

The life-time of a bulb is limited. Sooner or later, it will burn out and will have to be replaced. Bulbs, made of high quality materials, tend to last longer. It's recommended to use well known brand replacement bulbs.

If bulb burns out right after installation, your vehicle might have a problem inside electrical system - have it checked by auto electrician.
